Description: |
The Program Development Assistant will assist NCCCO staff in the development of new certification programs. Provide support to task forces and exam management committees. Involves periodic travel to offsite meetings. MINIMUM SKILLS Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret technical literature, industry standards and federal regulations. Summarize committee proceedings and develop professional reports. Keen eye for detail. Exemplary proofreading skills. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and database software. Ability to complete work within stated deadlines. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years experience of certification program development/management, or relevant association management experience. Demonstrated organizational skills. Familiarity with item writing and exam development process a definite advantage. Knowledge of construction industry issues preferred. MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelors degree.
