Description:	The Test Developer will provide professional expertise and guidance to NCCCO subject matter experts in the development and management of new certification programs. Provide administrative support to task forces and exam management committees. Periodic travel to offsite meetings. MINIMUM SKILLS Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret technical literature, industry standards and federal regulations. Summarize committee proceedings and develop professional reports. Keen eye for detail. Exemplary proofreading skills. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and database software. Ability to complete work within stated deadlines. Used to self-starter and self-motivator environment. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years experience of “high stakes” test development. Thorough understanding of item writing and exam development processes. Track record of development of new programs within stated time and budget. Comprehensive knowledge of psychometric principles. Experience of meeting NCCA and ANSI accreditation requirements. Demonstrated organizational skills. Knowledge of construction industry issues preferred. MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelors degree. Masters preferred. SALARY Excellent salary and benefits package.
