Description:	Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards is seeking a Director of Examinations for this $18 million budget, 50 staff person organization in Washington, D.C. They seek an individual to oversee the development and administration of the CFP ® exam to ensure it is valid, reliable and legally defensible and report to the Managing Director, Examinations and Education. Need a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred); experience working for a credentialing organization and/or a test development firm; knowledge of NCCA standards; experience with psychometricians and content experts; and excellent communications skills.
